Well here I am at this Dreamwidth place. It is I, the artist elsewhere known as GORE-ILLA or whatnot. Gore or GORE is fine. I've come here mostly to satisfy my newly reborn urges to RP at Luceti after a long journey.

-I can be reached at my AIM, GORE ILLA 117.
-Tumblr is what has consumed my time. My blog name there is, for some reason, bumblesbounce. A quick scroll there will probably contain a general amount of my interests.
-Maybe I'll do some actual blogging, but more likely notes related to RPing and stuff.

Yeah. I. I played Green Lantern once.

And he turned into an Infernape. So this had to happen.

Don't you just hate it when that happens

I hate when I turn into a monkey. It really is just a pain.

Story of my life. But you can't hate all apes, not from Chimpan-A to Chimpan-Z. But yes, I see much promise in this RP world from my lurking.

Are you sure you're up for this? It's been years. It's a cruel and bitter RP world now! And. And. And.

Everyone is women. Everyone. All of them. You'll be like one of ten dudes in a game of 200+.

I've considered the risks, and I think I can handle it. I did try to pick a first character who'd be relatively easy to slip into and be casual to ease myself into things; Aang of course has the difficulties from being a main character but I think I can handle it and get myself in the game.

I like how those statistics reinforce RPs as the opposite of OGs. I can handle being one of the last men alive like Will Smith before me. Luiigii was also coconspiring with me for a bit but he's since punked out. So there's one less woman.

Aang is a pretty fun guy. It might be a little awkward, given Sokka and Katara have been in-game for two years, but. It can still work.

Burn. What made you (or you guys) start looking into Luceti? Besides trying to find out where I slinked off to.

We have kinda vaguely knocked the idea around for quite some time. I remember after I beat Pokemon Black, I had a bit of a desire to RP awakened within me, which was fueled by someone on Tumblr talking about Pokemon RPing. I tried checking out the Tumblr RPs, but I didn't really like the idea of RPing there so thought of Luceti and at some point suggested it to him, so that we would bother you in addition to getting another shot at RPing.

But it wound up being one of those ideas we kicked around occasionally but never got around to, and often we remembered only after an app period closed. The only period we actually tried was in either September or October, but we didn't get our apps done in time due to a mixture of procrastination and forgetting. And we didn't think much of it afterwards aside from a brief Skyward Sword-inspired boost until last week when me and Luiig reminisced about Subspace while saving some of our accounts from deletion since LJ was purging entry-less journals. It made me want to check out Luceti again and having recently finished my second watching of Avatar to read the new comic, and seeing an app period just weeks away, I at first considered Iroh but ultimately decided to go for Aang.

That's pretty much the long and potentially creepy story, Muneson.

That is an intriguing and mildly disturbing story. But hey, hope you like it there. Good luck and may you live to regret it.

Does that mean Aang will be from the comic?

I was considering it at first, although I don't know if you've read it yet but it's only the first part of what I think is a three-part story. And when I thought about it I figured it might cause too much confusion for Aang to be ahead of all the others. So I think I'll have him post-show and when the comic eventually ends, maybe I'll do one of those fancy canon update things.

I've read it, yeah. But that's probably not a bad idea. There's not a whole lot to work with, save for making him a year older. (Which in itself may not be a bad idea, since Sokka is 18 now and Katara is 16.)

True that, I will probably do it that way. It would make some of the relationships a bit different, like Aang considering his promise to Zuko, and assuming he's closer to Katara, but that could make things interesting.

So. That means Aang calling Katara 'sweetie' and Sokka getting the oogies all the time.

Intense.

Also the promise to kill Zuko, but now that I think about it would be easy to sideline that once Aang sees Zuko living a stable life here and not even being a Fire Lord. So, yeah, I'll have to agree with the dancing Ling, it should be fun.

Yeah, Aang, don't go killing Zuko. That would be kind of a dick move. Besides, he'd just come back.
